Easy Diet Recipes: Fresh Herb Dip

Ingredients:
  • ½ cup sour cream or light, plain yogurt
  • ½ cup light mayonnaise
  • ½ cup spinach leaves
  • ½ cup fresh parsley
  • ¼ cup basil leaves
  • 2 small green onions, chopped (or use scallions)
  • Pinch of salt
Blend ingredients in food processor until greens are chopped.
