- ½ cup sour cream or light, plain yogurt
- ½ cup light mayonnaise
- ½ cup spinach leaves
- ½ cup fresh parsley
- ¼ cup basil leaves
- 2 small green onions, chopped (or use scallions)
- Pinch of salt

- 3 medium-size tomatoes
- 1 package (8oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 package of Good Season Zesty Italian salad dressing mix
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
- Chop up tomatoes.
- Combine cream cheese, dressing mix, and milk.
- Add tomatoes and mix well.
- Sprinkle salad with parsley before serving.
